What we do

Four connected areas of support.

SIT is not just about delivering courses. Training remains part of the offer, but it sits within a wider practical improvement approach.

Capability 01

Governance, risk & assurance

Helping organisations strengthen accountability, clarify oversight, improve reporting and make better decisions from the evidence in front of them.

Capability 02

Operations & service improvement

Improving how work flows across teams, reducing avoidable friction and helping services perform more consistently.

Capability 03

Digital, data & AI

Making better use of systems, information and automation so that technology supports the work rather than complicating it.

Capability 04

People & training

Building the knowledge, confidence and practical habits that help change take root and stick.

A sensible first step

An initial improvement conversation.

If something is not working as it should, start with a focused conversation. We will help you clarify the issue, identify where the friction sits and decide what sort of support makes sense next.

Low pressure. Plain English. No inflated promises.
Sometimes the next step is a piece of work with SIT. Sometimes it is a clearer internal action plan. Either way, the objective is clarity.

Identify prioritiesThe practical questions to answer first and the change most worth making next.

Questions worth asking

Three questions to ask before you spend.

Simple places to begin before committing money to a new system, training programme or consultancy project.

Governance

Your board gets reports. But does it get assurance?

What boards and senior leaders actually need in order to understand whether the organisation is exposed, improving or drifting.

Operations

Before you change the system, find out where the process is failing.

Many recurring frustrations are operational before they are technological. The first job is to understand the flow of work.

People & learning

When more training is not the answer.

Sometimes the gap is confidence. Sometimes it is clarity. Sometimes it is the system itself. Good support tells the difference.

About SIT

Built around practical judgement, not consultancy theatre.

Simply Inspired Training is led by Ismail Pirbhai. His professional background includes senior housing management and local government services. That experience shapes a straightforward view: many organisational problems are connected, and another training course or software purchase is not always the answer.

Established in 2011 as a training business, SIT is developing a broader practical improvement offer, with an initial focus on housing, tenant management and community organisations. The aim is to understand what is not working, decide what matters and help teams make proportionate improvements.

Where specialist expertise is needed, SIT works with trusted associates and delivery partners. The aim is not to look bigger than we are. It is to make sure the client gets the right support.

A useful place to start

Where would you begin?

Choose the issue that feels closest to your current problem and we will suggest one practical question to explore first. No email address needed.

Tell us what you are trying to improve.

You do not need a polished brief. A plain description of the issue is enough to start. If SIT can help, we will say how. If not, we will tell you honestly.
